ST HELENS SWIMMING CLUB |
|
EST. 1885 |

|
Once through this stage you then have the option of training with us whilst you decide whether or not you wish to join fully. This must be done within the next 3 sessions to comply with ASA rules.
A membership fee is payable on joining the club. Thereafter membership is retained by the payment of the monthly pool fees. (see notes below)
The appropriate ASA fee is payable by all club members not paying monthly fees, thereafter on the 1st January each year.
Pool fees are due on or before the 1st of each month. (see notes below)
The club is run on a voluntary, non-profit basis and is truly dedicated to the excellence of swimming. Any surplus funds raised are used to maintain standards and to help keep fees to a minimum, and we actively encourage alternative fund raising activities, please feel free to make suggestions that could help. |
|
Members paying after the 1st are deemed in arrears.
Any member in arrears is not allowed to represent the club nor swim in any gala as a representative of the club.
Any member who is 2 months in arrears i.e. has not paid the fee due on the 1st day of 2 consecutive months, will be immediately suspended from training with the club. All member benefits including ASA insurance are immediately suspended. Individuals falling into this category will be classed as ‘non-members’.
Termination of club membership will then be automatic after 30 days or by committee decision, whichever the sooner.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Cheques are made payable to: St.Helens Swimming Club |
